Real World Yoga

Real World Yoga...my objective with this phrase &  initiative is to make people aware that Yoga can be accessible for everyone!  Using a bit of creativity to adapt to any location or circumstance a revitalising Yoga Practice can be enjoyed!  :-) Showers, terraces, the beach, a wall, a car, even a plane! ...I believe any surrounding can be embraced to create a moment of calm and self care with yoga techniques!

Reflections of Meditation at Youth

Hello, my name is Michael Sands I really enjoy Aerial Yoga and would like to share with anyone wishing to join me on a YouTube Dualstream or other Social Media format!  My idea is that with the different camera angles of two persons practicing viewers can see more of the techniques and be further inspired to try new sequences or poses!
