5) Four Guests.  Giant bed for 4 persons! Spacious area plus an exterior covered porch area with table and chairs. Dancing pole and TRX. Exterior shared bathroom & separate shower area.

6) Two Guests. 1 bedroom open air with canopy bed & mosquito curtains below thatched palm leaf roof.  Exterior shared bathroom & shower area (ground floor).

**Important note for guests, this unit has steep stairs so just to have this in account for perhaps more senior retreat participants.

Activating Chakras with Techno Music :-)

Music and mantras are an integrated part of Yogic Practices as they can assist in activating and enegizing the Prana in one's body!  I have been experimenting with a specific playlist of EDM music and applying a specific song for each Chakra!  The internal journey and experience has been very positive!!
