This month a journey to Thailand for an intense Aeriel Yoga Certification Course at ULU Yoga Teaching Centre!!  Very excited to learn new yoga postures and sequences suspended in the air!! And I will be sure to share online some fun & safe practice techniques upon completion of the course!

Reflections of Meditation at Youth

Hello, my name is Michael Sands I really enjoy Aerial Yoga and would like to share with anyone wishing to join me on a YouTube Dualstream or other Social Media format!  My idea is that with the different camera angles of two persons practicing viewers can see more of the techniques and be further inspired to try new sequences or poses!
