Situated in the middle of coconut estates and sand dunes at a private beach on the Indian Ocean, you will be surrounded by an abundance of nature and endless beach walks. All activities during the retreat are organized with your health and happiness in mind.
Each yoga class will consist of two experienced instructors to ensure you are given plenty of attention and support. Prices include luxury accommodation, three meals per day, all yoga, breath work, and meditation sessions, five optional workshops, and transport to/from Colombo airport.
Also included in the price is Dolphin Seeing Boat Excursion plus 1 Full Body Ayurveda Massage.
There will also be ample opportunity to relax, explore the local surroundings, and also indulge in additional activities, such as BMX bicycles, group walks on the beach, or even a night-walking tour!
